I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the consistent rude behavior of the staff, delayed responses to service requests, and unethical practices by the delivery personnel at your agency.

I have been a customer of Radhakrishna Indane Gas Agency for [number] years, and recently, the quality of service has deteriorated significantly. The issues I have encountered include:

Rude Behavior of Staff: On multiple occasions, I have experienced extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from your staff members. They lack basic courtesy and respect towards customers, which is unacceptable in any service industry.

Delayed Responses: There have been several instances where my calls and service requests have gone unanswered for days. When eventually attended to, the responses are often dismissive and unhelpful. This delay in service causes significant inconvenience.

Unethical Practices by Delivery Personnel: The delivery personnel consistently demand extra payment for each delivery, which I believe is against the policy of Indane. Their behavior is also rude and intimidating, making me feel uncomfortable and pressured to comply with their demands.

In addition to these issues, I recently visited the agency in person to address my concerns. I submitted a written complaint letter and requested the contact number of the manager to discuss the matter further. However, the staff refused to provide the manager's number, further exacerbating my frustration.

Given the severity and recurrence of these issues, I am also considering transferring my account to a different Indane gas agency. If these problems are not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and seek a change of agency.
