Me and My wife Joined Radhekrishna Driving School on 31st October 2017.
The package was 8 KM per day driving class in Swift CNG for 20 days
1. Invoice not received
2. 5 to 6 leaves from our sided which was conveyed to Owner, so we are expecting 1 week delay in driving course.
3. Very rude and sarcastic behavior of owner. While teaching he passes very sarcastic comments to me & wife.
4. Till now last Hill side class (30 km) is pending.
5. Never got call for pending class from Owner.
6. He is asking us to complete your class in Wagon R as he cannot arrange Swift CNG for us.
7. We told him that we choose Swift CNG for training as we want to take Swift car in future and we request him that if we can complete our training in Swift Petrol car but it seems he was not willing to complete our training.
8. When I contact him for the pending class, his reply was the road is in construction so we can't take you.
9. We ask him to return money for our (Me & my Wife) pending 60 km session but he said you will not get any money back.
Finally my wife get frustrate because of this and ask him in rude way to return our money we don't want to continue our last training session, but instead planning for completion he started shouting on us that you will not get money back and just mind your language.
Can you please help us in this matter, as we are 100% not satisfied from this driving training.
