Dear concern,
This is to inform you that your local cable operator is charging unnecessary charges from the public. They are giving chinese "set top box" to the public, these set top box are not running well. Every month there is a fault in set top box. Every times they asked 250rs. As a repair charge. Is this possible for the public to pay these unnecessary charges?
Second thing is that at the time of plugging set top box, local cable provider did not give any bill and take 1250rs. (1200rs for set top box cost + 50rs installment charge) from us and told that if you return this set top box i will give you 1050rs. Back.
What can you do in this? Please let us know and do best for your consumers and you should also change your local operator.
