Me apply driving license for renewal to RTO through Radhika Motors & Driving School New Panvel, as per RTO rules I given the test and result is pass, but even after 8 month i did not received license yet, frequently i talk to Radhika motors & driving school and RTO office but no one can given reason, Now I asked to Radhika motor to revert my money and documents so i can apply from other agency but Radhika motors denied to revert it
