Raheja Qbe General Insurance Co Limited — Illegal rejection of claim and cheating

I have purchased car policy from Raheja QBE General Insurance Co limited policy no R0114238 dated 14-May-2022 for my Hundai Verna car. The company had clicked pictures of car and only upon satisfactory results that there were no marks on the xarhey have issued the policy. Now when my car was damaged in accident and I had put up claim to the company through Hyundai workshop they rejected one side claim saying that the damage was only on one side and the other side damage was not in same accident. I was shocked to hear this statement as the car was damaged near pakvan circle and I had stated all facts in the claim. Such frivolous insurance companies should be barred from offering insurance who rejects claims basis on whims and facies rather than on facts and forensics. It was a bad decision to take insurance from Raheja QBE as now I will be spending more money than the policy premium to make repairs on my own. I urge the company to kindly resolve the matter and give justice to me.
