My complain is regarding the deactivation of my sim card : [protected].
There is something mistype during sending the form to activation department so that my sim service is started temporarily but before 1 month the connection is deactivated.
Now the shop where i bought the sim is refusing to re-start my service and asked me to go MINI STORE, and the person at Mini store is telling that they can't do anything. Shopkeeper will do .
The sim is now currently in another state and i have to restart the service again on that number. I can resubmit the document but can't bring the sim from that state right now..
That no. is very important to me because i have put that no. on my website through which my customer can interact with me.
