I had bought i t shirt from paytm that is defective one received i had dropped an email to Paytm then received a call from paytm saying that provide card details so that we can process refund i have ask why i need to provide the details he said trust me we will refund your amount i told him you have my details refund my money back still he was committing that provide the details. then he was saying you will get refund in your account call disconnected after that he has taken 6000 from my account without informing me me till now refund has not i am telling you refund my money back else i will take strict action against your company.
