While pasting fastag got damaged. As per advise i deposited rs 100/- on 22nd feb for reissue of fastag by hdfc. I have called their call centre twice but still not received tag. They are not at all bothered & unable to give reasons for delay nor providing information as to when i will get fastag. They do not have any provision for escalating complaint to next higher level.
