Rahul — re issue of hdfc fastag

While pasting fastag got damaged. As per advise i deposited rs 100/- on 22nd feb for reissue of fastag by hdfc. I have called their call centre twice but still not received tag. They are not at all bothered & unable to give reasons for delay nor providing information as to when i will get fastag. They do not have any provision for escalating complaint to next higher level. The HDFC in reply has advised me to contact insolutonsglobal. However the mail ID is protected so complete mail ID is not made available. Either they forward me complaint to concerned or provide me complete mail address.
