Renewed the shuttl pass. But due to technical glitch of shuttl app old pass days and rides were not passed on to new pass. Called multiple times to shuttl call centre. Wrote email to your help desk. Spoke to supervisor mr akhil jain but he was not ready to help. When i asked his senior’s number he openly denied. What is the option available.
