Sir my name rocky i had a exam i kanpur at 18/07/17 after exam i has to be return delhi at any cost. By mistake the at a time train no 12801 change his platform at last moment regularly this train come on platform no 1 but on dt 19/07/17 this train come on platform no 3 so i reached platefrom no 3 tarin already in motion so i catch sleeper couch. After that tt demanding 900 rupees as penalty i denied and demand the receipt tt call rpf constable the constable demanding rs 500 but they offer a seat also i denied and then he hit me and use abuse words.
