Railway, S Authorized Parking Staff At Plat Form No. 4 Side — extra charging of parking fees without giving receipt and misbehavior of staff

‌i have parked my two wheeler bearing no. Gj05 pf 0170 at railway station surat on 24.01.2017 for 12 hrs 30 minutes only. They have charged rs. 20 for 12 hrs and the man who was on duty of parking asked me to give rs.10 for 30 minutes. First i asked for receipt for rs. 10 than only i will pay the amount but he has denied to give receipt than i also refused to pay rs. 10. But after that he behave with me in insolence manner. He snatched the key of my bike and put in his pocket and warns me that if you will not pay rs. 10 i will not give key to you. He told me that superintendent of rpf also could no do nothing of me.
This was not first time that he have done such type of behave. He has done above 15 times of such type of behave. He has done bound to me to write a complaint because to park my two wheeler at railway station is daily work because i updown to my office from surat. I am helpless i can't do nothing.
It is also one type of corruption to take money without receipt and this is revenue loss to indian railway because i am not only one person who park the vehicle at railway parking. There are about 1000 two wheeler are parked if he take money in such type than he collect around rs. 5000 to rs.10000 daily which is very big loss to railway.
I request to you take necessary action against the man who was on duty.
There are so much parking place at railway station but this complaint is against only railway's authorized parking which is located towards platform no. 4 and out of general ticket booking counter and infront of the uderground passageway.
