Railways — Refund of march Pending

Hi Sir/Madam, This is in Reference to, Train No: 19715, originating from BKI to Lucknow. I was informed by customer care that incase tickets are not confirmed amount would be refunded. Out of 3 Tickets booked on same PNR No.[protected], 1 Ticket was RAC (B1, 55) and other 2 were waiting W 1, W 2 and did not get confirmed. I have been following up with customer care and would not get satisfactory answer, request to do needful for the same. I’m looking forward for the refunds of amount of waiting seats as passenger did not travel as it was E-Ticketing and Tickets get cancelled automatically if the tickets are not confirmed. Only the Passenger with RAC has Travelled so why im not getting Refund of other two Tickets. Request to do needful or else I need to register complain in consumer forum.
