Dear sir,I have booked 3 ETickets(PNR no. [protected],[protected],[protected]} for Lal Quila express from Old delhi to Allahabad on 8.3.2013. On date 27-28/2/2013 i asked to IRCTC regarding train ( by email) they replied "train will run on 8.3.2013".Also they upgrade our waitlisted ticket ( [protected]) to RAC except one. All 4 birth they upgrade to RAC same day morning i.e 8.3.2013. When we reached railway station at 7pm(approx),one passanger told me Lalquila has been cancelled.I replied it is not true because display board showing train will depart from Plate form no.11 at 20.50.Then we rush to ENQUIRY window, they confirm TRAIN Cancelled from last one month.Then i replied "display is showing train will depart today". Window person shouted "we are right or display is right ??" Within 5 to 7 minute display showing" CANCELLED".
THIS IS COMPLETE STORY BUT STILL TODAY I AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I mailed to IRCTC care, TD process and eTicket they are saying "it is not matter of IRCTC" we forwarded case to railway. Was this information helpful? |
