I have booked two tickets consecutive days, both of them didn’t get confirmed and was on waiting list still didn’t receive the amount. This is very harassing as IRCTC has mailed from their side to collect it from the agent. Railyatri app is of no use the status of refund doesnt not work the number available in the website is not receable. It is matter of two tickets amount and not a small amount if I donot receive the money I need to raise it to consumer forum for the harassment I am facing.
