Railyatri — Payment done but ticket not book showing in progress for many hours

Booked ticket worth rs 1118 in railyatri and because of the booking invalidation the payment was completed but the booking was incomplete and it was not successful. I request you to please solve this problem and refund my required money as soon as possible.
