Rainbow Hospital — They made to pay the bill twice stating that the amount would be refunded. But till now no refund

I visited rainbow children's hospital on Tuesday and paid the bill amount. They said amount is not received though it's deducted from my account. They asked me to pay the amount again stating that the amount I paid previously would be refunded in 48 hours. But till now no refund of amount even after waiting for 72 hours.
