This is to inform you that Kuchina kitchen chimney trendy 90 had been purchased from Raipur Electronics Pvt.Ltd at Kanchrapara (33/Halisahar, Bag Station Road, North 24 PGS-743145, Contactno [protected]/[protected]) on 19.09.2022 and the invoice has been generated on the name of Mr.Ranjit kumar Ghosh.
The stuff of Raipore, Kanchrapara had informed us that they had a offer for us and if I pay Rs.2300 extra then I would get extended warranty services which includes 3/4 times free services per year along with spare parts warranty for another 3 years staring from 2023 onwards. I had talk to them multiple times before paying the said amount and every times your stuffs assured me the same .One of your stuffs name was (ISD name) Ms.Kritika Shaw.
Now on 12.2023 I was told by Mr.Amit das (on behalf of one assist) that if any spare parts of my chimney gets damaged then I would get the replacement against that spare part only but I will not get any proper free annual services for 3 / 4 times against my chimney but surprisingly your stuffs had assured me multiple times in 2022 ( before I paid Rs.2300 to Raipore, Kanchrapara for extended warranty)that I would get proper annual maintenance like 3/4 times free services per year (along with spare parts warranty) and I can easily book my free services through some app . And after 15 days from the payment of rupees 2300 (for extended warranty )your stuff of kanchrapara branch had provided me the link of one assist app for the same although at the time of the said payment they told me that I would get this extended warranty services from Kutchina itself .
This kind of misguidance from Raipore, kanchrapara store is completely unexpected for which I am feeling cheated by your stuffs.
In this situation, I request you to provide me 3/4 times proper annual services along with spare parts warranty against my chimney as per your promise immediately and also share the audio visual recordings of your Kanchrapara store regarding our conversation dated on 19.9.22, 12.10.22 and so on about the said extended warranty against my chimney.
