Raj Ratan Tours & Travels — Bad experience of the travelling

I have booked a bus from indore to pune, the experience was too bad, my seat was changed and he did not inform me that it was not a window seat. Also it was told that the seat you have booked was next to Male, firstly this was a false information that was given to me.The office boy who talked to me does not know how to talk, he was really rude while talking. AC of bus was not working all the time and everyone complained about it but there was no change in it. There is only one charging point given and the infra of the bus was not appropriate.
