It is a matter of mental harassment for me that i had renwed my car insurance from icici lombard through raj sneh auto india pvt ltd by paying cash rupees 14579 to raj sneh auto india pvt ltd on 12 february 2018.
On 08 april 2018 i applied an insurance claim for my car swift dezire bearing registration no hr26cu5663 at competent automobiles, infocity sector 34 gurgaon but on 10 april 2018 the surveyor of my insurer (Icici lombard) told me that your policy amount is not paid by raj sneh auto india pvt ltd to icici lombard till now and whenever it will be pending we can not process your claim.
I contacted the maruti agency raj sneh auto india pvt ltd, meerut on[protected] from where i renewed the insurance policy and talk to ms jyoti (Insurance deptt head) on phone regarding this issue. She assure me that issue will be set out by[protected] but after passing 5 days the payment status not updated then i visited personally to raj sneh auto india pvt ltd on saturday[protected] but ceo of raj sneh stated that we have already paid the amount to icici lombard for your insurance policy.
I am facing difficulty without my car since last 10 days because of this maruti suzuki dealer names raj sneh auto india pvt ltd due to non remittance of insurance amount.
Today it is 17 april 2018 evening around 5 pm but still i am not able to collect my car. It is humble request you to issue a penal order against raj sneh auto india pvt ltd plot no 210, opp. Amar ujala, delhi road, meerut, uttar pradesh, 250001 so that they could not harass anyone in future.
