Raj Travels — I've booked ticket for Bansuri and they sent me Jhansi

I'm Pawan Pratap Singh, I booked a ticket for my cousin and his mother from Kashmiri Gate, )Delhi to Bansi, UP. I called the man(Mobile No.[protected]) he booked the ticket from Delhi to Lalitpur Road. I asked him for Lalitpur. He assured me that the bus would go through Bansi. Now my family is on the road in Jhansi searching for another bus and that is impossible to get. No train and no direct bus from Jhansi to Bansi (Sidharth Nagar, UP).
