Rajan C — Collected Toll charges despite fastag

Sir,
On 21.11.2020, I was crossing the Chennai, Perungudi toll Plaza around 9:35 AM and the toll collector told me that my fastag has not read and I paid cash of Rs. 60 for 2 way journey and passed.
On my return around around 4:48 PM my fastag has deducted Rs. 60.
I feel that it is the toll collector who has misguided me and collected cash even though my tag has been detected in the first place.
I request you sir, to kindly do the needful and arrange for a refund.
Please find attached copies of the toll receipt and the fastag deduction.
I trust I will get justice from NHAI.
