I am disappointed after buying this product. The product is out of order since 18th april, 2018 complained on same day they are not yet to repair
This is 4th time i facing the problem in last 9 months with in warranty period.
E. Mail is to customers service are never replied back to and the service agency is useless. I am fed-up your service. For the last 25 years i am using eureka forbs machine there is never complaint in machine this time i am shifted from eureka to pure it. But i am disappointed from your product.
