Rajasthan Govt — Scholarship sanctioned but not received yet from last 2 years

Respected sir,
With this email I want to lighten my problem which I am facing since last 2 years, I will explain my complete matter to you.
I belong to a poor family but my family had arranged some money for my studies. I have taken admission for B.Com degree in Matra bhumi degree college, Borawar Nagaur in 2019. According to the Chief Minister Higher Education Scholarship Scheme I was selected for the scholarship for all the three years, I was also approved from the scholarship department for the first year but still not received in my bank account. All my documents are completed, and was also approved by the scholarship department.. but it has been 2 years since I went to the scholarship department but I am not getting any help from anywhere.. my father is farmer and our Don't have enough money. Somebody says or some one speaks.. but no one helped. I request all of you to please help me, we need it. I have tried everything but no response from anyone.
