Rajasthan Roadways — Drivers put earphones and then drive buses

Respected sir,
i'm a regular passenger sheopur pratap nagar, jaipur, bus no 3B. and on that route limited buses are there. but sir, their drivers and conductors are behave irresposibilly.
Drivers put the ear phones on their ears and continously drive. We feel unsafe in their bus but we don't have another choice to go safely.
Please sir register my complain and take strick action against this. All passengers will thankful to you.
