[Resolved] Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation [rsrtc] — Refund amount | |||
I had booked 2 time tickets on 17 may 2022 from RSRTC app.. It's jaipur to Delhi.. I booked ac bus and it's ticket amount is 582 for female.. I booked 2 time and paid 582/582 two time by phone pay my amount is paid but my ticket was not booked it's shown on RSRTC app.. After that I called RSRTC enquiry number and thay said it's server problem your refund is auto pay in 1 week but it's about to one week and there is no refund.. I booked 2 tickets on 17 may that time my amount is paid but tickets were not booked please refund my amount...
