I have requested transcript on Jan 15, 2023 and the timeline provided by the university was 15 working days. Until Feb 21, 2023 there were no updates. On Feb 22, 2023 i received a call after many escalations that they have not sent due to printer issue. Now they are saying they will try to send in another month with no assurance and timeline. I will need to pay additional amounts to WES if they delay further, apart from the time lost waiting...

I had gone through an online process to get the transcript delivered directly to Wes. I have made payment on 09/11/2022 . There is no way to check the status of my application so finally I'm making this complaint regarding that case, as there are mentioned 15 working days but it seems a 1.2 month passed but documents still not get delivered WES so just want to know the status of my application.

Hello,
I applied duplicate marksheet on 23 Sep 2022 on rtu online portal. As per RTU it will take only 15 days. On rtu eBuddy app, it is showing that your application is processing . tried to contact on Rtu helpline number but no one is responding.
I needed it urgently for Computer Teacher post (Rajasthan Govt) document verification. plz resolved it as soon as possible.

Hello sir,
I applied duplicate marksheet on 19 Aug 2022 on rtu online portal. Rtu claimed that approx. 15 days received copy of marksheet but approx one month occurred and I tracked on online portal rtu eBuddy app . It shows that your application is processing of 1 month . I try to Rtu helpline number but not received so plz resolved it.

I had applied for my documents on 22 June and it said it would be delivered in 15 days. Its been almost 2 months and I still have not received them. No one is picking my call on all contact numbers or the emails I send them every week.

It was needed urgently for my Masters application which now has been delayed....

I have corrected the following items as marksheet, consolidated marksheets and provisional certificate along with migration certificate on 29/06/2022.It has a receipt number of 1921 of 29/06/2021.So far it shows only work on progress mode.
Its already been a month and i need it urgently please sent through courier please....

I am 2021 passout name-anjani prasad roll no. Is 16esume001 and enrolment is 16e1sumem40p001 and addition year has been added im 2016. Im applying for masters in abroad and they dont accept provisional degree they want final degree but rtu is not providing any option for final degree and thet dont respond to call and mail ever even call many times too...

On Feb 28, 2022, I had applied for receiving my migration certificate by paying a total sum of INR 350 including the convenience fee.

I was under the impression that my migration certificate would be in transit by now. However, on checking the status in the tracking app given by RTU, I see that the status is falsely updated that I was informed of additional documents over a Phone call.br...

Hi there, I requested a copy of attested degree to sent to my current University but not completed yet. I have completed the payment on 7th jan, 2022. In application, it was saying the request will be completed in 15 days . However now its about to 2 months but there is no update so far. I am dropping continuous mail to RTU Exam cell and Admission cell and whatever the email ID contact I am seeing over RTU site, but seems like they are behaving...
