[Resolved]  Rajasthan Technical University — B.Tech Degree not received

I have passed B.Tech in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation from Arya Institute of Engg. & Tech (Jaipur) in year 2011 and I have not received my B.Tech degree yet. I have requested to Arya Institute of Engg. & Tech (Jaipur) & RTU (Rajasthan Technical University) several times and got no satisfactory reply. I am following up since June-12 regarding my degree.
