Raised a request for transcript and made the payment but there is no confirmation. Still waiting if they are even processing the transcript or not. Tried raising the complaint via support but no response and no response via call. There should be alteast some tracking for these requests. Ref : [protected] Was this information helpful? Still didn't received any update...Seems sort of worst process...Just taking the payment first but no update after that. They should close the online process if they can not process the application forms on time.
