I had applied for my documents on 22 June and it said it would be delivered in 15 days. Its been almost 2 months and I still have not received them. No one is picking my call on all contact numbers or the emails I send them every week.

It was needed urgently for my Masters application which now has been delayed.

Updated by zaheer06 Its been 3 months and they have not responded to phone calls or my emails. Why is the University so unprofessional.

Updated by zaheer06 They dont even check the mails or pick the calls when the phone is ringing in front of them. I personally had to take leave from my office take a flight to Jaipur, a bus to Kota and personally collect it from them. And even in that they made a mistake and took 1 week to correct it.

To anyone passing through this complaint. Go personally and dont waste your time on this very bad unprofessional online application forms.
