I have requested transcript on Jan 15, 2023 and the timeline provided by the university was 15 working days. Until Feb 21, 2023 there were no updates. On Feb 22, 2023 i received a call after many escalations that they have not sent due to printer issue. Now they are saying they will try to send in another month with no assurance and timeline. I will need to pay additional amounts to WES if they delay further, apart from the time lost waiting for the transcript, and other implications due to the university delay.
Please note
1. University provided phone numbers are never answered for queries, it seems they are simply provided with no intention of ever answering them
2. Emails to queries for updates are not answered
3. Lackadaisical approach from the university with not following timelines promised
4. Charging full fees but no service provided for which the fees has been charged
5. No accountability, no proper ETA, no timeline, no updates
6. I[censored]niversity cannot deliver promised services ( in this case online transcription requests) they should have told upfront instead of causing loss of time, causing grievance and loss due to additional fees
They need to rush this urgently now and send the transcripts within a week. this issue is unacceptable
