They are fraud, I have purchased 2 shirts and bangle set from them on 9th April in Jaipur and I paid 3450 amount through their UPI QR and amount was debited from my account however they said it has failed at their end and they asked me to pay them again so I made same payment 3450 from debit card. They said UPI amount will automatically refund back to my account, however when I checked my account statement both the amounts are credited to RTDC account. Hence I called them to refund the amount and it's been 2 week have not received my money back Was this information helpful? |
