Dear Tata Motors, We always feel proud when a term comes across us "TATA". A proud name, brand and KOHINOOR of our nation. TATA involve with all o[censored]s directly and indirectly. TATA means TRUST. We are a proud customer of TATA since many many years. We buy TATA products with full of faith, trust and of course with out any doubt. We have been through by buying Ureca Forbes water purifier 30 years back approx. and evidently can say its after sales, service is enormously fabulous thus we are the satisfied customer. When eagerly awaited TATA NANO launched we become a pride customer of NANO. 100% country made car. Satisfied with its technology and performance. Bute we have complaint about its after services after sales. Our NANO was not performing well and there was a problem of overheating, so we have sent our car to TATA's authorized service centre SAI MOTORS, Kanpur in the the state o[censored]ttar Pradesh for repairing on 19/06/2015. During the time of repairing we have visited service centre several times to know the status, and came to know that they are trying but problem still persist. Ultimately we have been informed that the car is well repaired and ready for delivery and was delivered to us on 03/07/2015. We have paid Rs11, 020/- against there service & repair invoice. (Scan copy of invoice attached-1) Same day we have found that the car was still overheating and we made complaint or informed to the service centre by telecon and send the car again to service centre on 04/07/2015 after pursuance we have been given a estimate for further repair of Rs42, 811/- (estimate attached-2) for the same problem. It means we have to pay twice for the same problem. We are hang ! We are extremely disappointed. We hope TATA customer care will take the matter in priority or we take shelter in the court of justice and law.
