I am a frequent traveler for Rajdhani and have noticed that the food being served is detoriating and in recent times the same has been declined to a very bad maintenance level, I had travelled recently on 9th June 2022 from Mumbai to Delhi.
Despite the cost of ticket being more than 3000 the Food quality was pathetic the Fries were soggy the peas were drained and dry at the maximum level the pattice served was totally non-consumable the dal had complete flavor of raw haldi and the paneer was completely watery.
Kindly understand that the lost is very high for a normal person and if we are opting for the same at the least you can do is serve good food.
I prefer a refund of my amount as I had invested my money and need the return value of the same as I am entitled to it. I had not carried any food and had to stay empty stomach for the poor quality served and hence would like the compensation for this situation.
