No Power Supply

Address: A 105 Jawahar Park, Khanpur 110062

W would like to inform you that we are facing problem of electricity power cut. Power Cut before 2 hour at 11:58
Our electricity devision is khanpur. And they are cut the power supply mostly.
Its not for one day. Its happening on daily basis.
I called in my devision office khanpur but did not received positive response.

Workout any intimation the cut the power supply. This is very irresponsible behaviour...

Shifting of Electricity Pole in front of Shop entrance

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I own a shop in Mahavir Enclave New Delhi and there is an electricity pole right at the entrance of my shop. I did complaint regarding this matter to the concerned department several time but I did not get any response. Due to the electricity pole the customer walkin was very less and also I had to shut down my business and during rainy season it's very risky as well as water gets collected near the electricity pole...

bses rajdhani send wrong slab details calucalation in my bill no.[protected].So many time i send meter reading link of bses.But not recd bill .Last eastimated bill recd bill no[protected] dt 1/9/20 .Which is paid by me rs 4750/-..Again i recd actual bill which is very high i can not pay .Pls check my meter reading slab again because that total wrong.We pay regular bill 30 days period but bses make totally...

Tree branches are covering high voltage electric wires

I resident of Pocket B Dilshad Garden, Around the central park there are many trees covering the electric wires and poles and these trees are very old and anytime the branches can fall on these electric lines and can cause casuality.
Request you to kindly send a tram to cut theexcessive branches....

Regarding delay in new connection of temporary meter

Dear sir,

My request no. for new connection is [protected]. I applied on 5th Nov. 2020 but no one has come for the survey. I want to have this new connection for construction on my plot.

One misc. document was missing so I got the mail from BSES to upload the complete chain of GPA which I already did on 12th Nov. 2020. After uploading, the complete chain of GPA still no one has come for the survey.

My new connection is not installing

My self Mani Prakash.I have applied new prepaid connection on Thursday, Sep 24 and I got the message on the 25 of October for installation of meter .and no one come for meter installation and I call to customer care for this and they say that I have register complain and I got new message on 28 of October for installation on meter but no one come on 28, 29, 30, 31. Additional charges added to bill

Address: Substation Bldng, Near Town Hall New Delhi India - 110006

In the bill for the month of Oct'2020 for CA#[protected] we have got additional "other charges" of 11997.04. rupees. On inquiry we have been told it is a security deposit for load increment, however we have not made any request to increase the load. When we requested to correct the bill we are being asked to visit the Janakpuri District centre office during this PANDEMIC of corona while no fault of our own....

Heavy Electricity Bill

In 1 KW my reading average consume between 200 to 400 units per month, but in this bill there 1670 units consumed in July month of 27 days only, How is this possible. I have prepaid meter, after produce this bill they had cut our power connection, that is why I paid this bill. This is heavy bill for me . Please make this payment refund as early as possible/ give me rebate.

For resetting the wires

In my house we have stairs which connect to the first floor, the meter is put on the wall and the wires supporting the meters are upfront to the stairs and coming in the way which constituting problem every time we go on the stairs.

This is my request to you to kindly rearrange the wires and meter so then we can move to the stairway freely.
