Amount deducted from the bank

On 10 December I was paying my electricity bill of Rs 420 against CA no.[protected]. Paytm showing that your transaction is still in processing but the amount was deducted from my bank account. And after sometime it showing that the transaction has permanently failed. I send an email to paytm care and they replied me back don't worry if the transaction will fail than we will refund your amount back. But after 3 days still payment was not refunded...

Long service line pending request since 3.5 months

My complain has yet not been resolved even after 3.5 months .In Between I have visited BSES office (Raju Palace
) more than 10 time and every time i had been told that my complain has not been resolved saying my long service line mail approval is still pending.Can any body say here that how long it will take to approve a mail .For approval do you guys need 3.5 months..this seems...

Regarding for the bill and bill amount

We don't have receive the electricity bill house number 19a first floor hauz khas village new delhi-110016. That way the every month electricity bill amount increase with the late payment. This is not fault for my side. And the also this month electricity bill amount is 40534. This is very much. My name is Chandan Kumar. My electricity meter was running very fast since last three months and showing enormous bills. We used less appliances at home & we were away the whole day.While making complaint to customer cell of BSES they have informed that meter is running well but the problem was in the meter wiring connection.
I have paid the bill of 10350 rs but I request u to please do necessary checking...

Charging extra

They have been coming and changing meter themselves and then telling us that we have been taken electricity for free though we are highly reputed people who are paying bills on time. DUES added/transferred of someone

Fraud meter installed on my property

No electricity supply and no status

Install one pole in our street

Meter running fast
