Dear mam/sir
I have paid bses electricity bill using payzapp. There i have applied promocode billpay but the transaction failed. Also, the amount is deducted from my account
And i get to know about this via sms.
I tried calling payzapp customer care through the number[protected] but they are always busy as usual.
In how much time my balance will be restored in my account?
Can i apply promocode billpay again?
