This is complaint for electricity theft .Mr shyam chhabra adress - 1235 gali mata wali near krishan mandir najafgarh new delhi 110043 . He is theft electricity 24/7 from illegal installed personal street light on balcony from street light pole. her ca no[protected] . connection name - roshan chhabra please check an take strict action asap
