Hello, i was applied new connection for my house in bses, c2-jankpuri after submit necessary documents vide application no [protected] dtd. 13/07/2017 as per bses policy new connection should have to install consumer house within 20days know time passed over the days. Nothing is done till know... For the delay bses should have to take responsibilities because operation is totally failure to deliver services to consumer..in this condition what is policy for the company and what consumer right to say..

Meter reading is much higher than online bill I generated from uppcl online website. How it is possible and what to do next.

Meter showing 6000 reading while Internet bill is having only 1500
