Dear sir
I am sabir husain from sai enclave mohan garden uttam nagar there has been daily four or five times power failure between 10 to 12 p. M. With a gap of 5 to 15 minutes due to which our sleep got disturbed for whole nights resulting to restlessness next day completely..

Bses rajdhani authorities delhi is requested to kindly look into the matter
