I would like to change our meter because our house is construct in jai vihar phase-2 najafgarh new delhi if their is any enquiry please call me on my number is [protected] the date construction work is started in[protected] and i am complaint on bses nagloi but their is no reply from that side sir i would please change our meter in 1 week because it is so emergency for me
