I buy the product flipkart website which was costing of around 42000 and i book the product on cod basis payment by card only
I received the product on timely e the boy deliver the product on timely but due to some error is humus machine was not working he request me to go down at their office to make the payment i travelled for 15 kilometre from my residence to their office but when i reach to their office i found the concern person on the desk is forcing me to make the payment by cash only e as he said is pos also not working now the matter is about how to make the payment we talk to the flipkart executive but led on off home forces to make the payment by cash only or you have to cancel the order also suggested you cancel the order and book it again and when we found the product waiting was more than 2 months now it was very difficult to understand why it is happening after communicating and saying that will give the feedback to the government that the company is violating the law of indian income tax act by making the cash transaction more than 10000 rupees is spend a two hours in a quarrelling and later on again heated the one more pos machine from is tower drawer and then collect the payment now the matter is why the boy forces to make the payment by cash aur vahi forces to cancel the order and returned the goods maybe because of his logistic business he is getting double or you don't want to push the product in the market for the third thing maybe that he is using the same transaction on other people's way if we cancel he may collect the cash from somebody showing the deliver the product and allowed to circulate the black money in indian economy why we should not carry this matter with the ministry of commerce that the flipkart is doing the business by violating the indian income tax act and collecting the cash more than 10000 from one customer in one day Was this information helpful? |
