Dear sir, today when I went to take puc certificate for my 2 year old petrol car the agent asked me to bring photo of the number plate, I will share the address of the agent in image. I believe it’s not a case with this single agent. I didn’t know Tamil so couldn’t talk more to them and they didn’t know Hindi or English, or May be they pretended coz to avoid me.
I brought the photo then understood that their was at least 13 people present at that moment, all came walking with just a photo of plate and no vehicle is brought. While testing the operator is blowing air into the sensor and the outcome is his exhaling that’s checked, rather than original pollution. And some other sensor is placed on another machine which I think they are measuring sound or vibration - how fake, and the receipt shows 60rs charged while they took 100rs and said it’s processing charge. Scary part is that I understood majority vehicles are like 10years + old diesel vehicles. This is insane indirect forced bribery, results a society is resulted with polluted air due to forged report, pure forgery of documents, theft from illiterate people, not following guide lines of government.
This requires cbi enquiry or raids in disguise because their can be a lobby with officials in their support.
