My parents booked Food Item from Thiruvananthapuram to Indore on 15 March 2021 from DTDC by saying that it confirmed by AIR and will reach in 4-5 days. But as on today, 24 March 2021, we didnt receive it. When we checked through online from 22 March 2021 it is showing that One Parcel received at HUB and another is in transit, whereas they booked as single parcel of 20KG. As there is no centralized customer care, we didnt know how to contact and where to contact for the item.
We went one DTDC courier and asked them, they told after reaching while scanning the item will get the notification with OTP code then only know where is the exact location. We called the TRV location from where it is booked and then only they confirmed that it is send by ROAD not by AIR. and may reach before Friday.
There is no customer care... and least bothered about the item what we are sending.
