On 12.02.2025 travelling to Hyderabad for US Visa, we faced a bad experience with the Rajesh Transports Driver Harish. He dint wait for a 5 min. HSR layout was very traffic becoz of double decker road constructions. We were only 500 mtrs away from bus. He left the boarding time before 5 minutes scheduled At 8.05 PM and he left 8.00 PM. He was rude, dint respect for the elders. We have two children, elder one, lady. This was very very bad experience. The admin of Rajesh Transports was very rude and inhuman. How the rajesh transports kept these types of persons in their department. we lost 8500 becoz of the driver harish and admin. They dint arrange other vehicle also. This is dishonest and they dont have courtesy. May that driver taken money for our seats and went off. Very Very bad experience. He instructs us to follow the bus still Hebbal flyover. After reaching the hebbal also left with out waiting. He will face the same problem in his life when it is emergency. He has to face how we struggle on that day .
