As per Youtube advertisement, I wanted to play colour prediction games in Rajeshmall website and I recharged 25000 in website www.rajeshmall.com on 31.10.2023 and I played some games. I faced some losses and I decided to quit the game and withdraw my money back. So I made withdraw request Rs.19961 after 5% commission deduction website shows me I can get Rs.19011. But still I didnt get this money to my bank account or revert back to online game portal to play further games. I asked customer care executive in Telegram named Mary @Mary5758 but nobody is responding properly. Repeatedly I am requesting them to give back my money to my wallet so I can play games. But still amount is been stuck with this portal.
