In 2020, I got a seat in Rajkiya engineering
college, Bijnor through upsee and I submitted seat acceptance fees and I reported to college and C submitted the rest of admission fee and next day A I got a seat in GKV through CSAB round of jossa in counseling and I take admission in GKV and on 28/11/2020 i submitted a application to Rajkiya re engineering college for cancellation of my admission ar and returning my fees and they told me that if there will be any guidelines regarding this then they will return the fees and now the guidelines issued by UGC and AICTE for refunding fee who cancelled before November 2020 will get a full fee refund considering this a special case due to covid 19 pandemic and now it's been more than one year and they haven't retumed fee submitted at college and have contacted them so many times even complaint at ugc portal but no action has been taken so I kindly request to authority to give attention to this case and pis make my refund of 32000 given to college and 20000 to online portal so making it total of 52000 rupees as soon as possible as the college is about to reopen and I also have to pay hostel fees.
