Sanjeev gaur is tapping the people with false promises of investment in huda flats which is basically for bpl people in connivance with bpl allottees. He took rs.2, 80, 000/- from me for a flat and handed me some bogus papers, after few months took those papers back and promised me to pay rs.2, 00, 000/- and gave papers of another flat but he paid me only rs.1, 00, 000/- and refused to pay me rs.3, 50, 000/- (1, 00, 000/- bal. Of earlier payment and 2, 50, 000/- for the 2nd set of papers. Kindly advise? Further, i want to warn all who read this not to buy any such flat or prop from people like sanjeev gaur, raj kumar properties, faridabad (Mob: [protected]) they are frauds and cheaters.
