I have placed an order on 20th July for 3 Rajnigandha Meetha cans of Rs 200 each ( splited into two orders twin can in 1 and single can in 1) also paid Rs. 600.
But I have received only 1 can in my box other 2 cans are not delivered. But it has invoice of both orders so I doubted.
Now company asked for a Video o[censored]nboxing to deliver my product.
I replied to them;
Your asked for the Video does not make any sense for me...Do I know that my cans are missing so I have to be ready with the camera to record it while unboxing...Do you make such kinds of videos while unboxing everything...what a nonsense question.
After unboxing I have found the missing cans and at that time I took a picture as a proof that I have already shared with you twice and attached here as well, please check it again.
Please check from your side, your process, your Internal controls rather than asking again & again from me.
I hope this makes you clear and I am now expecting a full refund or my missing cans to continue our patronage.
Now they are not replying and not refunding...
Really a FAKE and FRAUD company
Steals customer products charging them prior to delivery
Does Not respond to customer and contact number is also not working
Ask useless question and when customer replies...you are not replying because you don't have any answer...sending same emails again & again
