Raju Driving School — charged excess amount for learning license

I have learnt car driving in raju driving school, manikonda, hyderabad. He is charged 2800 for learning license which doesn't even cost 1000. My learners licence is expired and i have a planned to postpone applying for license again. I asked him to return the amount but he didn't. He is doing fraud with many customers like this. His teaching skills are also very poor and unprofessional. I want the full refund of driving class fee 4000 and 2800
