I took 7 photo's of my daughter classical dance on tamil new year (14th apr, 2016) in rajvel digital studio, manapakkam, chennai. There was a lady managing this photo studio and her response is very rude. She told photos will cost rs.1100/- on curiosity i agreed to pay and informed that i would need soft copy for which i will bring pendrive to copy. She agreed to give me soft copy during that conversation. When i went to collect the photo that time only i noticed they charged for 3 copies of each so i received 21 photos for which they charged rs.1100/-. They explained me stating that they charged it because of additional design that they did for these photo. As i am not at all happy with the design they did, just to explain they only given plain light blue back ground for which they did not even have professional experience to do that. In spite i told that i would need soft copy when i went to that studio today(4th may, 2016) she again responded me very rude stating that photo soft copy cannot be given. I was very disappointed the way in which she responded. So i again asked to whom i should speak for getting this, she mentioned owner has to approve. I asked for owner number she refused to give and abruptly she mentioned it will be chargeable to just copy the photo in pen drive.
My only point to high light here is to have an strong complaint sent to this studio on unethical behavior and over charging for small works. This complaint might be helpful for any public who is really in very critical condition.
Apart from this when i discussed this to some of my know neighbor's they even said the same feedback. Hopefully i expect to have the soft copy of my daughter photo and should not be repeated to any one again. Was this information helpful? |
